RETURNS

Here at The Glass Phoenix, we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is as easy to follow as possible! 

Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.

Only one coupon code is allowed per order. 

You have 7 days from the delivery date to return an item.

No returns are allowed on SALE, discount, or markdown item of any kind. Any custom made or one of a kind items, all jewelry, scarves, belts/buckles, socks, hair accessories/hats, drinkware, cosmetics, and undergarments (swimwear, camis, bralettes, bras, leggings) are final sale and cannot be returned. ANY ACCESSORY TYPE ITEM THAT IS NOT SIZED CLOTHING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

Colors and patterns may vary slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping.

Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 7 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product/s. Credit will only be applied for the item/s, not for any shipping & handling charges.  

All returned items must still have tags on them. No exceptions.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn or that have stains, dog hair, the smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant or any other odors will not qualify for return. Any item that has been worn one time will not be accepted.

If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within THREE days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. 

Shoe boxes must be encased in another box or bag for protection. Damaged shoe boxes will not be accepted. If shoe boxes are sent back with stickers or shipping labels on them they will automatically be disqualified as a return.

Please include invoice & reason for return. 
If invoice is unavailable, a note with the following information must be included:

Name, E-Mail, Invoice Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. 
Please note: If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay you return.

If you send back any item that does not qualify for a return you will be responsible to pay a shipping & handling fee of $10 to be returned to you.

We advise that you retain a receipt of shipment for your records. 

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item: please place a new order for the item. We will refund the returned item when received back to us as long as it follows all above-listed guidelines under REFUNDS.
